    We provide an orientation tour for new members to familiarise them with equipment layout and club facilities. Additional introductory training sessions are available with our team.

  • How busy does the club get?

    Like most fitness facilities, we experience peak times typically early mornings and after work hours. Our member capacity management helps maintain comfortable training space throughout the day.

  • Can I freeze my membership?

    We offer membership freezes for medical reasons or extended travel, with appropriate notice and documentation. Short-term holds are subject to our membership terms.

  • What's your cancellation policy?

    Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' notice after any initial commitment period. We require written notification for cancellation processing.
